RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS: Everyone has their own unique shape and, therefore, all fits may not be right, so here at MCB we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all labels attached. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by MCB when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID. Our return instructions on the returns form enclosed with your delivery makes sending products back stress-free. Please be sure to mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt. If you somehow misplace your returns form, don’t worry. Just send an email to shopmelacamilleboutique@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help you. When filling out the return form, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange. All online purchases must be returned to the specified address on the returns slip. Some items are not eligible for a return or refund (all bodysuits) but don’t worry. Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for anymore information regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
EXCHANGES: Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at MCB we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all original labels, except bodysuits. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by MCB when sent back.Our return instructions are on the returns forms enclosed with your delivery  to make sending it back stress-free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced. Misplaced your returns form? Don’t worry. Just send us over an email at  shopmelacamilleboutique@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help you.Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we will send it back to you at no extra fee. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.If a replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.
